If you wish to market your property for sale, we can make all the necessary arrangements including instructing the home report and photographs, drafting the particulars of sale and marketing the property through the ASPC platform.
We offer a competitive rate of commission and open Saturday mornings for viewings for any potential buyers working in the week.

Conveyancing Partners
Whilst we do not currently offer conveyancing services, we work closely with other local firms of solicitors to ensure that your transaction runs smoothly from beginning to end.
Lettings
Are you thinking of letting your property but daunted by the prospect? We work closely with a local letting agent who can help to find you a suitable tenant, advise you of the current regulations and, if required, undertake the day to day management of the property. They can arrange the collection of rent, maintenance and repairs and carry out property inspections.
Our legal partners can also draw up the Lease/Tenancy Agreement so that all aspects are taken of.
