“Our aim at Deeside Law is to offer a professional and personal service to the local community.”

All About Me

Kerry Hendriksen is the managing director of Deeside Law which was incorporated in 2024.  She is dual qualified in both Scots and English law and has twenty years’ experience in private client including the preparation of wills and powers of attorney, and the administration of trusts and estates.

Kerry qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in England in 2004 and then went on to qualify as a solicitor in England.  She was admitted to the Roll in 2008 and practised for a couple of years as an English Solicitor before moving to Scotland.

After a career break to raise her family, she returned to work and spent six years at Messrs Campbell Connon in their Aboyne branch as an executry assistant where she was a valued member of the team.

Upon the closure of Messrs Campbell Connon, Kerry moved to Laurie & Co. where she worked in their private client department for 18 months.  During this time, she sat the Qualified Lawyers Assessments to requalify in Scotland and was admitted to the Roll as a Scottish Solicitor in January 2024.  She is also an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

It has been a lifelong ambition of Kerry’s to set up her own legal practice, and she is eager to assist you, along with her invaluable and trusted secretary, Mandy Cruickshank, with all your private client needs.

“Kerry shows outstanding all round insight across all challenges, has an excellent bedside manner, coupled with a willing ear and a lively sense of humour.”
